US Patent No. 12,011,496 B2 (Marius Morariu); Tracie Martyn International, Inc., New York, has patented a topical formulation comprising an effective amount of one or more anthocyanins or a dermatologically acceptable salt thereof, an effective amount of one or more alkaloidsand a stabilizer.
The anthocyanins are derived from the fruit or leaves of the Aristotelia Chilensis plant. The alkaloids are derived from the leaves of the Aristotelia Chilensis plant.
Additionally, the anthocyanins are seceslected from the group consisting of delphinidins or cyanidins.
